
Project Overview
Lawson’s Network is a platform focused on connecting professionals through a digital network that enables collaboration, learning, and opportunity discovery (e.g., job leads, community growth, shared resources). The goal of this project was to design a landing page that introduces the brand clearly, communicates the core value proposition, drives interest, and encourages conversions.
This landing page was a key entry point for users — cold visitors, returning visitors, and professionals exploring digital networking platforms.
The main challenge was to design a landing page that does more than look good. It had to quickly communicate Lawson’s Network’s purpose and benefits without overwhelming visitors. With multiple user goals (learning about features, signing up, exploring the network), clarity, hierarchy, and guided actions were critical.

I reviewed competitor platforms and best practices for networking landing pages. The insights helped define which components users would expect and what would set Lawson’s Network apart.
Content Structure & IA
Before visuals, I defined the information hierarchy:

4. Call to action
This sequence guides visitors naturally from awareness to action.
Wireframes
Low-fidelity layouts helped visualize section order, spacing, and CTA placement before visuals.
Visual Design
The UI focuses on clarity and flow: clean sections, legible typography, meaningful graphics/icons, and strategic use of white space. Each section supports the narrative: why, what, how, now.
Key Design Decisions
• Strong hero section: A clear headline, brief subtext, and primary CTA to grab attention immediately
• Feature highlights: Icons + short descriptions make benefits skimmable
• Visual contrast: Alternating section backgrounds for readability and focus
• Clear CTAs: Positioned throughout the page to reduce friction on conversions
• Mobile adaptability: Design optimized for smaller screens with prioritized content blocks
